One Day Only! Frozen Dessert Pop-Up will be the first of its kind gracing the ANEW Test Kitchen. A unique experience created by St. Louis chef Léna J, this “Last Taste of Summer” event will focus solely on her line of sorbets, ice creams, and frozen treats.

New flavors will join signatures and crowd favorites like the Mixed Berry + Peach Mango Sorbet. The 9/15 pop-up at ANEW will also offer an exclusive: the Chef Léna frozen original that started it all… Sweet Potato Pie Ice Cream. (Yes, you read that correctly!) It’s the perfect blend of a creamy vanilla + sweet potato ice cream with pieces of orange-brown sugar pie crust, cinnamon + a secret spice blend, and small chunks of baked sweet potato.

Frozen Dessert Pop-Up ticketholders will get to indulge in a choice of three (3) scoops of a single sorbet or ice cream, or a three-flavor combination.

Chef Léna J. currently operates Doré as a catering company offering a variety of cuisines for all types of occasions. More than a culinary event for a single chef, this Doré pop-up is for fellow chefs who do more than the typical baked goods, or serve only savory items.

*A percentage of proceeds from this special event will go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri (BBBSEMO) for its work with young people, volunteers, and families.
